finally the ' Supervisory Authority Public Contracts has spoken!
by resolution of the Council of 03/08/2010 n. 50 held that " the Convention and the Municipality of Chieuti signed with the 'AC Foggia Club for the management of speed cameras is" ILLEGAL "in what is not completed by a regular tender! "
