What a surprise last night!
In one of my many trips return to my village, in a normal Friday night of spring, around 19.15, with the sun seems to want to leave that place full of people (100,000 people for the organizers .... 12 for the Police! ), I run in the event of events:
the closing of the election campaign of PDL Chieuti!
And, wonder of wonders, I see from a distance, standing on a corner of the sidewalk, with a microphone in hand and the dialectic that is the master .... and yes, they often are: Snow White and Two
of the seven dwarves!
But what are they doing in the square in the middle of "all those people?
How can they have thought of abandoning their "fairytale" to immerse themselves in the harsh reality of our country?
My first thought was "will be there to convince the crowd intervened (100,000 .... 12 people to the organizers for the police!) Eater to vote in the upcoming regional elections ... or maybe they will be explaining that the Wicked Witch , deep down is not so bad and could make addiruttura Regional Councillor to the Prince Palese ... "
Instead, after a few minutes I realized that was not there for any of this: they were simply one of the biggest problems facing unsolvable and that for some years now gripping our country ... the "scourge Chieuti "worst invasion of locusts ... ... ... Haiti's worst earthquake in three Shark comparison is a goldfish ... King Kong is a soft plush in comparison ... it speaks of we Opposition Councillors (of course I, and Carmine Tata piergiorgio Saracino)!
These three "opponents" that do no more than three years ....
oppose these three "subversive anti-democratic " that do nothing but say that the municipal budget are false and the ACI Convention for the cameras is illegal, not knowing that the Convention has even had the approval of the Vatican ....
think that the Pope during his last visit to San Giovanni Rotondo went with the helicopter flying low because he was eager to be photographed by speed cameras in Marina di Chieuti (€ 2,500.00 fine for Lt. ..... 38.00 for the Prefecture!) ...
three "denounced" that do nothing but denounce the work of "transparency" of an administration proactive and interested only and exclusively to the welfare of their citizens ... because it's for the good of the citizens Chieuti taxes are the highest in Italy and it is only because of the global crisis and oil prices where 20 years ago is not an investment to protect agriculture and to create some jobs!
these three "arrogant" that whomever you believe to be ...
who are always making questions which will never have an answer ... just because no one should respond, a little bit because widespread illiteracy among the ruling class, is experiencing a new phase in Chieuti golden stuff First World War!
three "exploiters" of municipal coffers: they ask for the convening of councils exclusively to "earn" with expenses ... as if to blame the opposition if the city councils "Majority" does not occur, then we must reconvene ...
regardless of whether you call it just "expenses" because you are supposed to be present at a Town Council, and I Piergiorgio Saracino, as residents outside the city, support of travel expenses, among other expenses documented and calculated by the municipal offices, which there are "reimbursed" under Article .84 of Legislative Decree 267/2000 (Consolidation of Local Authorities) ...
in simple terms are "our money" we spend to attend the Municipal Councils and protect the interests of citizens and the state gives us:
We never "stolen" a single euro to the City of Chieuti and the Chieutini .... this now for 20 years is a prerogative of someone more!
Within minutes, in short, they said more crap Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Two on Friday night in the square in Chieuti that Berlusconi in an entire election campaign, taking into account the interventions of the "prime minister" on network TV (75% of presence on Mediaset and 68% on RAI !!!)... intervention taking into account the "graaaaande" manifestation of the PDL in Rome (1,000,000 to 150,000 people the organizers .... for the police!) and taking account of all that "President" says about "his" newspaper!
moral of the story: We must resist
two more years (if someone does not always provide to anticipate the time) ...
now we know ...
know what they point to and what interests him ...
not stand still to watch the "slow death of our beautiful country" ...
make sure that "these three advisers minorana poor" that are poisoning the liver from three years to "respect the rules" and "give hope to future generations chieutine" , gradually become four , then five, then six, then more and more ...

summarizes some 'facts ...
16 and March 17 has been called the City Council to decide on a topic Chieuti important: the cancellation of the infamous "ACI Convention"!
inform you that the City Council was requested by the directors of the minority (I, Carmine Tata and Piergiorgio Saracino) following the opinion issued by the Guarantor of the Market ( ANTITRUST ) that, February 17, 2010, we held a notify the Mayor of Chieuti that the Convention signed between the City and AC Foggia Club for the installation of safety cameras is a convention that has many dark sides, an agreement simply to read to create doubts even an illiterate!! It seemed only right and then give our loved ones the opportunity to remove directors with a sponge all "doubts" that have created in us and the Authority this year and a half "fruitful cooperation" with the BC Club of Foggia.
But the human brain is a strange machine ... you never know what you can do ...
and their brains were able to do what?
course ... not ... are presented to the City Council nor the 16 or 17!
Now people might wonder what happens in these cases ...
usually happens in these cases that, with only four minority directors, at its second meeting (in this case 17) the City Council is doing and is acting too ...
peccato che a Chieuti, ormai da circa due anni e mezzo (un mese dopo le elezioni!!!), i consiglieri di minoranza non sono più 4 bensì 3...
uno ce lo siamo venduti al mercatino delle pulci, dove si trovano tutte le cose più inutili!!!
Sta di fatto che il Consiglio Comunale non si è tenuto e la convenzione ACI non è stata annullata…e noi, ovviamente, ne abbiamo richiesto un altro!!!
Ma vediamo il bicchiere mezzo pieno e cerchiamo, come sempre, di trarre un insegnamento da quello che è successo…
Innanzitutto abbiamo capito di avere a che fare con una sorta di “gregge di pecore” (We had already figured out a long time !!!), unable to think for themselves even when the risk measures by the authorities responsible for serious acts of criminal law ...
measures which will meet tomorrow in person all those who have raised their beautiful "hand" , between a smile and a guffaw, in City Council ....
and then have the courage to tell us that we do "psychological terrorism" ... were only "good advice" ... but you know, "the advice that you do not pay, do not listen" ! But there is always the
downside ...
he will not have occurred because "someone" has understood the gravity of the situation and is trying to buy time?
One thing is certain, time is precious to us and we will not waste it to pander to the "whims" of a group of "puppets" incapable of discernment ...
Our action will not stop ever, because we are the opposition and we have only one interest to defend: that of our citizens!

Chi frequenta il mio Blog si sarà di sicuro accorto che da un pò di tempo gli aggiornamenti sulla vita amministrativa del nostro paese sono un pò meno frequenti: ci terrei a precisare che l'attività dei consiglieri di minoranza non si è affatto arrestata, come, purtroppo, non si è arrestata l'attività "truffaldina" di chi crede che il Comune di Chieuti sia "casa sua" e si sente in diritto di utilizzare i soldi dei cittadini a proprio uso e consumo.
I fatti più importanti che hanno contraddistinto questi ultimi due mesi della vita Amministrativa di Chieuti sono fondamentalmente due...
Uno riguarda l'aspra battaglia che, come consiglieri di minoranza, stiamo combattendo ormai da tanto tempo contro la convenzione ACI e le sue modalità operative...convenzione che ha permesso al Comune di Chieuti (e non solo al Comune!!) di incassare soldi facili sottratti dalle tasche di ignari automobilisti, grazie agli Autovelox installati nei pressi dell'incorcio con Marina di Chieuti.
Ebbene, dietro presentazione di un nostro esposto, l'Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato (ANTITRUST) si è espressa in un parere ed ha precisato che "la Convenzione proposta dall'A.C.I. Foggia contrasta con la normativa posta a tutela della concorrenza e del mercato, dal momento che l'affidamento the service, was not preceded by the operation of a public procedure, to ensure the so-called competition for the market "and concludes

Noi che siamo gente fiduciosa, rimaniamo in attesa dei pareri autorevoli degli altri organi di controllo messi tempestivamente al corrente di questa situazione un tantino "anomala"!!
Il secondo fatto importante è la conclusione, con relativa emissione di sentenza, di una controversia legale che il Comune di Chieuti (e chi lo amministrava e lo amministra!!) aveva in atto contro un suo dipendente che , circa 10 anni fa, aveva avuto il barbaro coraggio di "pretendere" un incarico di responsabilità che gli spettava per legge!!
