Chi frequenta il mio Blog si sarà di sicuro accorto che da un pò di tempo gli aggiornamenti sulla vita amministrativa del nostro paese sono un pò meno frequenti: ci terrei a precisare che l'attività dei consiglieri di minoranza non si è affatto arrestata, come, purtroppo, non si è arrestata l'attività "truffaldina" di chi crede che il Comune di Chieuti sia "casa sua" e si sente in diritto di utilizzare i soldi dei cittadini a proprio uso e consumo. I fatti più importanti che hanno contraddistinto questi ultimi due mesi della vita Amministrativa di Chieuti sono fondamentalmente due...
Uno riguarda l'aspra battaglia che, come consiglieri di minoranza, stiamo combattendo ormai da tanto tempo contro la convenzione ACI e le sue modalità operative...convenzione che ha permesso al Comune di Chieuti (e non solo al Comune!!) di incassare soldi facili sottratti dalle tasche di ignari automobilisti, grazie agli Autovelox installati nei pressi dell'incorcio con Marina di Chieuti.
Ebbene, dietro presentazione di un nostro esposto, l'Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato (ANTITRUST) si è espressa in un parere ed ha precisato che "la Convenzione proposta dall'A.C.I. Foggia contrasta con la normativa posta a tutela della concorrenza e del mercato, dal momento che l'affidamento the service, was not preceded by the operation of a public procedure, to ensure the so-called competition for the market "and concludes

Noi che siamo gente fiduciosa, rimaniamo in attesa dei pareri autorevoli degli altri organi di controllo messi tempestivamente al corrente di questa situazione un tantino "anomala"!!
Il secondo fatto importante è la conclusione, con relativa emissione di sentenza, di una controversia legale che il Comune di Chieuti (e chi lo amministrava e lo amministra!!) aveva in atto contro un suo dipendente che , circa 10 anni fa, aveva avuto il barbaro coraggio di "pretendere" un incarico di responsabilità che gli spettava per legge!!
