WHEREAS: In our

Gambettola, despite efforts by various local councils that continued, there are still barriers and inadequate facilities that do not allow people with different physical abilities, the availability of some important services.


WHEREAS:

'll stick with this interpellation to the analysis of accessibility only to the municipal offices.

suggest some changes that from our point of view could greatly improve the quality of services:


1) To access the building in Via Garibaldi, where there are offices of the Registry, etc. Technical Department., Disabled persons and especially those who are forced to use the wheelchair, they are forced to enter through the back door of the building.
Once in front of that door we note the absence of the bell sound, which is essential to alert the proper authorities, when the door is closed entirely or closed half as often happens, preventing access to those with wheelchairs.
should be replaced the same door with a door opening with electronic sensors, to enable the person with motor difficulties
independently access to buildings without having to seek outside help.
Moreover, the small step present at the door should be replaced with a blunt or a mini-ramp.

2) In the same building at the entrance of number 4 where is the office of Social Services, is a poster, with the following words: "call service for the disabled."
In our opinion, should make the most obvious sign, given the limited size, replacing the current wording with the most appropriate "call service for the disabled," because the word "handicapped" is considered detrimental to the personal dignity of the individual .


3) On the sidewalk of Via Garibaldi, between number 4 and number 6, is a place that carries bicycles prevents or impedes the passage of a wheelchair with a disabled person, the occasion on which that port Bicycle performs its funzione parzialmente o in pieno regime.
Anche qui si potrebbe risolvere il problema semplicemente, ponendo l’oggetto in questione in un luogo dove non crei intralcio.

4) La situazione è alquanto drastica se analizziamo l’accessibilità allo stabile di Piazza 2° Risorgimento n° 3, ovvero il Palazzo Comunale.
Per una persona diversamente abile con difficoltà motorie, dotata di carrozzina, è praticamente impossibile accedere agli uffici in maniera autonoma ed agevole.
Riteniamo necessaria l’installazione di due montascale a piattaforma: uno per le scale d’ingresso ed uno per la rampa di scale interna, garantendo in questa maniera l’autosufficienza ai soggetti da noi presi in esame.

5) Sempre nel Palazzo Comunale, la bacheca esterna illustrativa è posizionata alla fine della prima rampa di scale.
Chi non ha la possibilità di salire le scale non può vedere la bacheca, si richiede quindi di applicarla in un luogo dotato di maggiore visibilità.


VISTO CHE:

Le nostre intenzioni sono quelle di rendere Gambettola un paese nel quale le persone diversamente abili possano espletare le principali funzioni quotidiane in piena autonomia, eliminando per quant’è possibile gli ostacoli naturali ed artificiali che sul nostro territorio purtroppo ancora esistono;
