First I would like to wish a happy 2010 to all readers of my blog.
I know that sometimes my posts can be a bit repetitive, but I can not help it if our directors, lacking any imagination, about two and a half years (not to mention the 10 steps!) Are always the same things!

After 20 days, we wonder what happened to that convention because it has not yet been published the resolution of the City Council ... and, of course, no resolution, no agreement!
