I Hate This Part è il doppio secondo singolo estratto dal secondo album in studio delle Pussycat Dolls doll domination, il video è stato rilasciato il 10 Ottobre mentre l'airplay in radio il 21 Ottobre.
La canzone ha come base qualche nota di pianoforte, un beat lento e un ritornello accattivante e che prende dopo qualche ascolto... MA risulta una canzone triste che parla della fine di una storia d'amore, basti pensare a cosa dice il ritornello:

The video was shot by Joseph Kahn (the director of the hit" When I grow up "). The shooting started September 28th (birthday of Doll Melody Thornton).
The video opens with the image of a book on the autumn leaves flying in the wind and Nicole ... playing the piano and ends with Nicole continues to play the piano and a Faralla rests on his hand ...
